David has been a full time active Realtor  locally for over 20 years. During that period David has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions including but not limited to new home construction, land sales, re-sale homes and farm and rural properties. He has consistently earned recognition through the Prudential network as being a top producing agent( Chairman's Circle Award, and Leading Edge Society). As a respected member of the The Cambridge Association of REALTORS®, David has served on the Board of Directors, Chaired and Co-Chaired the Bi-Law Committee, and served on the Discipline Committee and the Professional Standards Committee. He presently sits on the Finance committee.  His pride and joy outside of the Real Estate Industry is his family. Along with his wife Michele David is very involved in the raising of their six children.  Running between sporting events such as lacrosse, hockey, swimmimg lessons, basketball and soccer along with school and church activities is a mainstay in the Kivell family. The joys and  struggles of maintaining a stable family life have helped David understand the needs and wants of his real estate clients.  David brings experience, knowledge and most importantly a willing to share his expertise to better the lives of all that work with him.
